Nothing ships un-recomputed. Every deliverable passes an independent mechanical verification before release — the flagship sample cleared 426/426 checks; the newest catalog instrument cleared 123/123 against a mirror engine, to the cent.
Service invoices follow delivery — never precede it. If the work is late, it's free. If you wouldn't put your name on it, tell us why and pay nothing.
Standing doctrine: quality is inviolable and time is not a cost to be minimized at its expense. Automation that enables quality stays; shortcuts that trade quality for speed are forbidden.
Operating loops. Five scheduled passes run the day. A morning pass triages the queue and verifies what changed overnight. A build block executes the top item to completion — one item, full quality, never two things half-done. An idea pass researches new work and scores it against a fixed threshold; anything below the line is benched, not built. An evening pass independently audits everything the day produced. A weekly pass audits the auditors — including checking that no loop's own instructions have quietly drifted.
One source of truth. The state of the business lives in a single machine-readable record with exactly one write path. No status is updated by hand, and every status window renders from the same record — so nothing can say two different things in two different places.
Provenance on every number. Any figure that appears in a deliverable or a dashboard carries its source. A number that cannot be traced back to a document does not render — it gets flagged and a human is asked, never guessed.
Human authority at the edge. The layer researches, builds, verifies, and queues on its own. Anything that touches the outside world — a publish, a payment, a message to a client — clears the Operator first. Autonomy ends where your inbox begins.
